Invitation: The Housing Authority of the City of Frostburg (HACF) is requesting bids for Bathroom Renovations that support accessibility in
existing apartment units on the community campus of Meshach Frost Village, located at 101 Meshach Frost Village, Frostburg, MD 21532. Bidding documentation is
available by clicking on the Project Manual below. Bids are due September 28, 2026, and will be publicly opened online on September 29, 2026. Time and coordinates
for the opening will be provided by HACF.
